Can I Cancel My Pearl Harbor Tour?

June 07, 2019

We get it.

Life likes to throw curveballs at us every so often, making it impossible to follow through on plans we made for the one thing we were really looking forward to. When you booked your Pearl Harbor tour, every element of your Hawaiian vacation was expected to go smoothly and at no point did you expect to have a wrench thrown into your plans.

So, Can I Cancel My Pearl Harbor Tour If Necessary?

You won't need an executive order to get a refund if you cancel your Pearl Harbor tour in time.

You won't need an executive order to get a refund if you cancel your Pearl Harbor tour in time.

Life's little surprises are exactly why we offer a cancellation policy that helps when those unforeseen situations come up. Whether it’s a delayed flight that pushes back the rest of your schedule or a personal issue that prevents you from taking part in your Pearl Harbor tour, we'll do our best to accommodate you.

If you need to cancel a Pearl Harbor tour that originates on Oahu, you may do so up until 48 hours prior to the start of the tour.

This policy only applies to tours that don't include inter-island flights. Due to airline restrictions, tours originating from Maui, Kauai, or the Big Island are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

What if I’m Late for My Pearl Harbor Tour?

Choosing a late Pearl Harbor tour lets you hit the snooze button another time

Don't oversleep on the morning of your Pearl Harbor tour!

While we understand that not everything always works out as planned, timeliness is an important element of organized Pearl Harbor tours. There is a tight schedule for the day which must be adhered to in order to ensure the tour visits all of the exhibits, memorials, and other stops you and the other guests on the tour have paid to see.

Pearl Harbor tours are timed in such a way that being late to your pick-up location can lead to a forfeiture of your place on the tour. Late arrivals will be considered “no-shows,” and will not be eligible for a refund.

Pay close attention to the confirmation email you receive after booking your Pearl Harbor tour. Along with the details of the tour itself, you’ll also see the time and location where you'l be picked up. If there are any discrepancies in the pick-up location, be sure to contact us immediately to allow any necessary changes to be made.

Are There Cancellations Due to Weather/Security Reasons?

Unless there is a severe storm rolling into Oahu that’s determined to be dangerous (very rare), your Pearl Harbor tour is a rain-or-shine event. In the unlikely event the tour must be canceled, full refunds will be issued. There are no refunds in the event of a closure of the USS Arizona Memorial or cancellation of the Pearl Harbor shuttle boat by the US Navy, since there is no cost associated with these activities.
