Remember, no bags larger than 1.5"x2.25"x5.5" are allowed anywhere at Pearl Harbor. This includes backpacks, camera bags, purses, luggage, and fanny packs must all be left at the baggage storage at the entrance to the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center. For diaper needs, we suggest parents and caregivers include these baby items in a clear sealable bag under the stroller seat for clear visibility and access.
Here is an example of an approved clear stadium style bag.
If you have a medical issue that may require the use of a medical bag that might offer concealment, you must disclose this to security. Bags can only carry the medically required items. Final say rests with the Park Security Rangers.

No. It is against Pearl Harbor regulations to meet tours that include round trip transportation and USS Arizona Memorial boat tickets on site. Scheduled tours that include transportation and USS Arizona Memorial tickets require guests to be picked up at designated pick-up locations in the Waikiki and Ko Olina resort areas.
If you prefer to drive yourself, a self-paced tour is the better fit.
Our scheduled Pearl Harbor tours include guaranteed USS Arizona Memorial tickets as part of the package. These tours provide reserved access to Pearl Harbor attractions along with transportation and a structured itinerary.
Self-paced tours do not include Arizona tickets, so you’ll need to reserve those separately.
Yes, we offer two tours that pick up directly from the cruise terminals. You can learn more about these tours here.
There are three piers that are used for cruise ships: Pier 2, 10, and 11. If you’re not sure which pier to select, you can choose Pier 2 and leave booking notes with your ship name and our dispatch will adjust if necessary.
Your pickup location is located in the confirmation email sent by the tour operator which can be found through a link in your receipt. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive a receipt, or email us at aloha@pearlharbor.org.

Although flights are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-changeable, please give us notice as soon as you know that you will not be able to go on the tour and we will try to work with our airline partners to reschedule you. While this has happened, it is not a guarantee.
Most of our tours will include a full refund in such cases. Tours including airfare and combo tours may operate depending on the circumstances. If they operate, unused admissions will be refunded.
The movie at the Pearl Harbor Visitors Center, the boat to the Arizona Memorial, the Arizona Memorial, and the Pearl Harbor Visitors Center are all out of our control.
