Touring Pearl Harbor from Neighbor Islands

Pearl Harbor is on Oahu, but that does not mean that you can't visit if you take a vacation to Maui, Kauai, or Hawaii's Big Island. Touring Pearl Harbor is possible from these places on our Inter-Island Tours.

All of our tours to Pearl Harbor include transportation, admissions, guide, and narration. We take care of the Pearl Harbor tickets which is very important because you do not want to fly between islands to find out that there are no tickets left.

As you fly into Oahu, you will see Pearl Harbor and if you are very observant you can see the Arizona Memorial. After you arrive on Oahu our guide will meet you and take you on the short drive to Pearl Harbor.

Upon arrival at Pearl Harbor your guide will orient you to the exhibits, theaters, boat launch and other sites. Then you will have some free time to look around, shop in the bookstore, and enjoy the exhibits before watching the dramatic 23-minute film about the attack.

After the film, you will board a U.S. Navy boat to the Arizona Memorial. On the Memorial, you can visit the memorial wall in the back and pay respect to the 1,177 men who died on the USS Arizona. Look down from the Memorial to see the sunken ship below.

If you are interested in touring Pearl Harbor, you must decide which sites you want to see. If you are a history buff, you will want to see everything that Pearl Harbor has to offer. That is our Pearl Harbor Memorials Tour.

For some visitors, visiting Pearl Harbor is just something to check off your list. If that is your case, then you might choose a shorter tour such as:

Another popular way that neighbor island visitors can see Oahu in addition to touring Pearl Harbor is on a combo tour. Check out these tours, designed for those who want to see as much as they can in one day. Keep in mind the only Pearl Harbor site you will see on a combo tour is the Arizona Memorial.

Remember to look at Pearl Harbor Security Policies before your trip. Please be aware that bags are not allowed at Pearl Harbor. There is baggage storage available at the USS Bowfin Memorial Park for a fee.
