There are three piers that are used for cruise ships: Pier 2, 10, and 11. If you’re not sure which pier to select, you can choose Pier 2 and leave booking notes with your ship name and our dispatch will adjust if necessary.
Yes and no. While we understand there are circumstances where you would want to bring your luggage along, it’s discouraged. There is no luggage compartment on the tour bus, so you would have to hold your bags. While there is a luggage check at Pearl Harbor for a fee, there can be a long line which could potentially impact your USS Arizona Memorial boat ticket time which has no flexibility.
If you have large suitcases, we strongly encourage you to leave them with your hotel bell staff or provide your own transportation (or Uber / taxi) and use the bag check at Pearl Harbor.

If you are looking to visit on your own, Pearl Harbor does offer military discounts on admissions to each museum, discounts are available for the Retired/Veterans themselves and can not be applied to others.. You must provide a military ID in person to receive this discount.
